Hello, I'm Irene Faith.

This is my personal diary in Field Study 1. As a pre-service teacher, during these times, I'm grateful that we're able to observe a real virtual class. Though, I'm a little disappointed because what I expect before is to observe in a normal setting. I can say that it was fun and memorable because we're not just observing but also learning from our resource teacher. Within those weeks of observation, I've learned so much from them. I've learned how the teacher integrates a variety of resources and teaching methods to engage the class in a discussion. I've also learned the importance of good classroom management to facilitate the class effectively. And I'm also inspired by how passionate the teachers are when it comes to teaching. Despite the difficulty teaching in a virtual setting, they remain committed to their work. Undoubtedly, all those things I've learned will be a big help in my future career.
