The teacher highlights his role to provide a safe, secured, fair, and supportive learning environments for the learners to promote responsibility and achievement. He maintained the environment as a learning-focused center and he efficiently managed learner behavior in a physical, and virtual space. The teacher utilized a range of resources and provide intellectual challenges to stimulate the constructive interactions geared towards the attainment of high standards of learning for the learners.
