The teacher established a responsive learning environment for the learner's diversity. He had a wide range of knowledge and understanding for the learners' diverse characteristics and experiences as he inputs it into the planning and designing of learning opportunities. He encourages everyone to respect the distinctiveness of every individual inside his class as it is a vital character to be a successful citizen in a changing local and global environment.
