    The sixth activity of the field study 2, involves the grading system and DepEd School Forms. This activity brings us the learnings on how to accomplish various school forms as well as on how to calculate the grades of the learners. It gave us experiences on how to be a teacher. And we definitely struggle to provide well-organized school forms.
     In addition, we do appreciate the value of having a set of school forms to utilized as a guide throughout the teaching and learning process. More importantly, these school forms are official documents that contain the students' grades and teacher's reports. That's why we must be written clearly, legibly, and accurately to avoid any technical problems as we are in the teaching field.
      As future educators, these were the things we need to look out for and must study because they are very essential in the field of education to ensure the quality and consistency of learner information.
