One of the most important aspects of the teaching-learning process is classroom management, or meeting the requirements of pupils. It is, nonetheless, a crucial component in every educational situation. When students feel safe in a learning environment, they may engage in the teaching-learning process. The goal of this activity is to establish a classroom routine that will benefit both teachers and students more efficiently. As a pre-service teacher, you should be dedicated to creating a safe and challenging atmosphere in the classroom. Engage your pupils in the material while also getting to know them and having them interact with one another. To ensure that students learn well, you should provide a democratic and equitable learning environment.
Well-planned classroom management has a significant impact on creating a productive study atmosphere. "The practice of effective classroom management turns your classroom into the optimum learning environment where students can engage with their studies and work to the best of their ability," says Spencer (2018). Well-planned classroom management serves as the overall guide, the blueprint of the teacher in establishing the foundation of a conducive learning environment. The study "Evaluation of the Effect of Learning Environment on Student's Academic Performance in Nigeria" by Usman & Madudili (2019) found that the learning environment had a substantial impact on student academic performance in Nigeria. On the other hand, Go-(2015) monilla's study, "The Learning Environment and Its Effect on the Academic Performance of College Students," emphasized the relevance of teaching methods and classroom management in influencing students' academic performance. This study proves that there is a direct link between classroom management and student academic performance.
As a student who has direct experience with classroom/remote learning, I find myself losing interest if the teacher's lesson and tests are excessively long, repetitious, irrelevant, and tedious. When I can't see how answering the task is important to my learning and development, I lose motivation. When I'm handed a school assignment that doesn't come with a rubric, I get irritated. So, if I had to set my own requirements for effective remote learning, I would include pedagogical responsiveness to students' needs, as well as the relevance and depth of evaluations. In order to maximize the effectiveness of your classroom management aside from the basic skills that a teacher needs to possess in order to create a healthy learning environment, I feel that recording the virtual class can help to create a positive learning environment, offer effective lectures, and conduct proper evaluations. By this iYour lesson will be available to all of your students and if you record your virtual class it'll make a difference. This is really beneficial to all students who are studying. When a student is absent from class for a number of reasons, or when a student has difficulty understanding the lecture. Not only may recording be beneficial, but it can also be harmful. The virtual class not only benefits students' learning, but it also aids the teacher in keeping track of class attendance and maintaining student records of wrongdoing.
