SG1: AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT IN CLASSROOM. Assessment is very important in terms of education. It gives a basis on learning and how students acquire their knowledge effectively towards a certain topic. It also creates a path on their goal, wherein it will give such support and guidelines on how they will do different tasks in each stages of their ways. And specifically in a classroom, authentic assessment is vital for a better classroom in terms of creating a safe and peaceful environment for learning. Classroom is the first place where students ignites their capability towards learning. And giving such assesment on classroom will make it better for the students.
SG2: PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT. Performance assessment is one of the most important individual assessment aspect of all. It creates a blueprint of every students' ability. Not just their strengths but also their weaknesses and by that, they will be able to identify where they boost up and where they will improve more.
SG3: AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT OF THE AFFECTIVE DOMAIN. Every environment have different effects towards the learning of the students. If the different affective domains of the students does not support them enough, everything will fall into pieces. By assessing these affective domains like their emotional, physical, environmental, spiritual supports, they will be able to build their walls against all odds that they will encounter. It is their backbone towards success, and authentic assessment will help them configure the settings on their goals.
SG4: COMMUNICATING AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT RESULTS. Of course, all of those authentic assessment at each categories won't work without a good and effective communication. It is their bridge to the different gaps that they will go through. Without proper communication, everything will be devastated by misunderstandings and misbeliefs. Communication is the key on every door of assessment.
SG5: ASSESSMENT OF ONE'S TEACHING PRACTICE. Learning should be continuously monitored and assessing it is the best way to do it. It should be kept and consistently be done with hearts and passion put into it. With that, learnings are mostly delivered by educators, and so, educators' practices or ways of teaching should be monitored as well in order to securely placed the right knowledge for the learners. Educators' habits of teaching, both of their strengths and weaknesses, guidelines, character and passion towards their duty should be observed over a period of time to assure such knowledge. This assessment is mostly done by superior educators, the one who holds higher degree and studied more than the other teachers. In conclusion, they are also included on observing how they observe such practices. It's all connected at one particular thing, and that's how knowledge should be passed on.
