I am Patricia Abigail P. Perez an Education student at Pangasinan State University, Bayambang Campus. As a student or learner I have a lot of experiences that I encountered as a learner in the school and outside the school. Today, during my study days especially in my Senior High days I said to myself I can do it, I can face any challenges will come to me in this stage of my life this is under Attitude concept. The truth is supposedly I am a GAS student but I transferred in STEM strand because GAS is already unavailable in PSU Bayambang, so I decided to choose STEM strand rather than looking for another school. That time I said to myself and to my parents that I can do it, I want this STRAD, I can face every challenges that will come to me in this strand. Same in my college life I said I can do it, I will face any challenges even though I am not good in science. But during my study days there was a time that we will act as a teacher in front of our classmates.

       So me as a learner I need to prepare well to show that I am effective presenter in front of my classmates for them to easily understand and absorb what I will going to deliever on them, this is for Self-efficacy performing in front. Example of this is reporting as a learner you will act also a teacher in front of your classmate to deliever the concept of the topic given by the teacher on you. It is now your strategy of how you deliever it clearly and easily to understand. As a learner I also experienced pains in studying because of the demands from the teachers, lot of assignments, performance tasks, and so on given by the teachers. So sometimes I feel sick due to lack of sleep, absence of one meal a day, and so on example of these is the exams that sometimes I experienced mental block due to stress.   

       During my performance tasks individual and by group I experienced thinking for group activity in class before my discussion starts, the groups will do the assigned tasks to them until they finished doing it the results on the given activity will be the topics that we are going to tackle in my discussion this is under creativity concept. This learnings and experiences are very challenging on me to be a good individual in the future generations as a future educator I can use this as my guide in teaching my future students soon.
